Class Size Adjustment Request Form Download

On any service scope Change Requests under the same service contract between FirstIntro and a preschool, such as adjustments in the total number of kid attending groups or the size of each such group in combination or individual group(s), are to be documented in the forms signed by the preschool authorized officer and dated, to update the outstanding contract with such changes altering the original scope under the same framework.

We stick to the plans of the scheduled classes, unless communicated and accepted before the teachers

Our teachers are not authorized to combine classes or change class hours from the scheduled on-site. Please contact the management for any rescheduling requests, or to combine groups already paid for only to meet the min group requirement. In case a group exceeds the max limit, we would ask you to cap the group to the limit and to communicate with us and see how we can resolve it. Email or phone call, the management will work with you. The teachers on-site will direct your request of such back to us.Thank you.
